• Standard Shipping: $4.99 in US & $5.99 Worldwide

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included unless otherwise stated.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• You can track your package through our [Order Tracking Page] or directly via the carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping & Customs

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their local government.

• We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspections.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

• Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

• Orders returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping fees.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

• We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.
